Missouri Stream Team email Privacy procedures and terms
The Missouri Stream Team Program (“Stream Team Program,” “we,” “us”) uses mass email (“Email Services”) to share program information with volunteers through the Constant Contact, Inc. platform.
By enrolling in the Stream Team Program, you are automatically enrolled in our Email Services and agree to the terms of these Email Communications Privacy Procedures & Terms.
What We Send
Emails may include:
- Free volunteer opportunities
- Free educational opportunities
- Program updates and reminders
- Quarterly newsletters and annual reports
We do not send for-profit marketing.
Information We Collect
- Email address
- Name and other information provided at sign-up
- Email interaction data (e.g., opens, click rates)
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Deliver program communications
- Send volunteer and educational opportunities
- Manage and maintain our email distribution system
We do not sell or share your information for marketing.
Unsubscribing
You may unsubscribe from mass emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in each email.
Please note:
Even if you unsubscribe from mass emails, Stream Team staff may still contact you individually outside Constant Contact as needed for routine volunteer coordination.
Record Retention Schedule
Correspondence sent or received by Missouri Stream Team will be maintained in accordance with the records retention schedule issued by the Missouri Secretary of State and may be subject to public disclosure pursuant to Missouri’s Sunshine Law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these procedures and terms. Continued participation in the Stream Team Program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

The Missouri Stream Team Program (“Stream Team Program,” “we,” “us”) uses SMS text messaging (“SMS Services”) through the Constant Contact, Inc. platform to share program information with volunteers who choose to opt in.
By opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to this SMS Privacy Procedures & Terms.
What We Send
SMS messages may include:
- Free volunteer opportunities
- Free educational opportunities
- Important program reminders or updates
- Quarterly newsletters and annual reports may be delivered by email only, not SMS.
We do not send for-profit marketing.
Information We Collect
- Mobile phone number
- Name (if provided at sign-up)
- SMS delivery data (e.g., time sent, delivery status)
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Send volunteer and educational opportunities
- Provide program updates
- Manage and maintain SMS delivery
We do not sell or share your SMS information for marketing.
Opting Out
You may unsubscribe from SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message.
Please note:
Even if you opt out of SMS messages, Stream Team staff may still contact you individually outside the SMS system for normal volunteer coordination.
